Design

The magic of built-in focus motor With power of embedded focus motor, LA-FE2 can drive both in-body or in-lens motor driven Nikkor lenses. Now they all can have autofocus on mirrorless cameras finally!

Lens Support: Unleashed Popular lenses like AF 28mm f1.4D, AF 85mm f1.4D, AF 105mm f2.0 DC, AF 135mm f2.0 DC, AF Zoom-Micro 70-180mm f/4.5-5.6D and more are supported! The supported lenses LA-FE2 is about 200 at the initial release!

Improved hardware design LA-FE2 has redesigned the switches to make operation more easier and  ergonomic.

LA-FE2 brings multiple AF advantages from Sony E bodies to Nikon F lenses, including hundreds of AF points across the frame, human/animal eye focusing, real time AF tracking and AE in continuous shooting mode, etc.

Extended Focus Point Coverage The coverage of the focus point has been extended to almost full screen, allowing you to create more with freedom.

Human/pet's eye tracking Now F-mount lenses can also achieve tracking on the eyes of people and pets, allowing the subject to look more brilliant in the photos.

Continuous AF and AE LA-FE2 can make F-mount lenses achieve AF and AE continuously when shooting at a maximum of about 10 frames per second (camera support required) and the focusing accuracy will be highly improved at high-speed AFC mode.

Shooting with Stabilization The lenses’ VR function can be activated by simply half-press the shutter button. For lenses without VR function, the body will automatically recognize the focal length and enable 5-axis anti-shake stabilization.
